Some recfactoring of the custom clas code was necessary to make this work. The
current implementation is backwards compatible with older .gorm files, of course.

Summary: Cannot create custom class for NSOutlineView.
Original Submission: When adding a NSOutlineView attempt to create a subclass and
assign that subclass as the custom class for the object. When starting the program
which this is used in or re-loading into Gorm it will fail.

See bug about NSTableView and NSOutlineView. This will be addressed when that bug is
fixed. Bug #3536
