=================== BUG #6154: LATEST MODIFICATIONS ==================
http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=6154&group_id=99
Changes by: Richard Frith-Macdonald <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Date: Sat 10/25/03 at 06:05 (GMT)
What | Removed | Added
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Resolution | None | Fixed
Status | Open | In Test
------------------ Additional Follow-up Comments ----------------------------
The code was not setting the timezone for the date it
was using ... resulting in GMT being displayed. However, it appears to be an
undocumented feature of MacOS-X that setting a nil time zone in a calendar date
actually sets the localtimed so, as I don't have access to GWorkspace souece to change
it to set the correct timezone, I changed the behavior of the base library to match
that of MacOS-X (and documented it). Updating your system to the base library from
cvs and restarting GWorkspace should fix the problem.
=================== BUG #6154: FULL BUG SNAPSHOT ===================
Submitted by: mb Project: GNUstep
Submitted on: Fri 10/24/03 at 23:59
Category: Gui/AppKit Severity: 5 - Major
Bug Group: None Resolution: Fixed
Assigned to: None Status: In Test
Summary: Timestamp on files off by two hours
Original Submission: In GWorkspace's Attributes inspector, the creation time of files
is always two hours earlier than it actually happened.
I've correctly set my Local Time Zone, so I guess this might be a problem in
NSWorkspace.
