Severity:  5 - Average
Item Group:  Bug
Resolution:  None
Assigned to:  None
Status:  Open

Summary: Use of _KDE_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_OVERRIDE instead of
_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_UTILITY == BAD

Original Submission: The use of the atom _KDE_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_OVERRIDE for GNUstep
application menus, rather than _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_UTILITY, to avoid problems under
KDE causes these same problems (i.e. borders on windows) under non-KDE, EWMH-compliant
window managers.  Like Interface :-)
