Summary: [NSFileManager -copyPath:toPath:handler:] overrides an existing file.

Original Submission: Accroding to the specification, the operation is to fail if the
argument of toPath is an existing file; however, the current implementation silenty
overrides it with the contents of the first argument.

The same also holds for -movePath:toPath:handler:.
