Summary: LD_FLAGS not correctly passed on windows
Original Submission: It seems that the LD_FLAGS are not correctly passed to the
$(DLLWRAP) command in library.make's target:
$(GNUSTEP_OBJ_DIR)/$(DLL_NAME): $(OBJ_FILES_TO_LINK) ...
The following patch shows a possible solution. However
I do not understand the make system very well, so this could
be nonsense
