Summary: validateForUpdate breaks NSData attributes
Original Submission: Validation of updates silently changes the content of any NSData
attributes, whether they have been changed or not.
the problem is caused by the validation of attributes, which erroneously tries to
convert attribute values to the adaptor value type. this coercion is not only
unnecessary, but also breaks any attribute which stores as EOAdaptorBytesType
Patch attached.
