Found the issue. As it turns out, it looks like there's some interesting behavior in
-[GormButtonCellAttributesInspector _setValuesFromControl:]. I working on a solution
for this issue.
I also found another workaround. If you click on the cell again after you've entered
the new text and then click on the next cell, it will keep the value entered. GJC

Just noting some discoveries in the log...
1) Tried current version of Gorm with current CVS, problem recreated.
2) Tried older version of Gorm (0.7.7) with older libs and the problem wasn't
apparent. I was able to change the value of the label.
3) Tried older version of Gorm (0.7.7) with current CVS. Recreated problem.
This seems to indicate that the source of the issue is external to the application.
I am continuing to investigate. GJC

This seems to be a problem of recent vintage. The workaround is to change it in the
button inspector when the cell is selected instead of directly editing it. I am
currently researching the issue. GJC
