Summary: Thread detection on MINGW32

Original Submission: I am trying gnustep-make 1.9.2 on Win32 with MINGW32.
The detection of the threading support failed because -fconstant-string-class must be
set for GCC 3.2.3.
The attached diff just adds this flag to configure.ac
Finally, a call to autoconf and configure is needed to make the change happen.

Thanks.

Right! I have to admit that I am unable to reproduce this problem. What has been
causing gnustep-make not to recognise threading support two weeks ago is not valid
anymore.
Maybe some updates of MINGW32 packages or the proper installation of gnustep-objc
solved the problem. Initially, I have been working on a clean and very new
installation of NT4. But in the meantime things have changed.
I think this //bug// is obsolete and can be closed. Thanks.

That's odd, since NSConstantString is not used and is not needed in the test program.
What error are you getting (in the generated config.log file)?

We can't just add -fconstant-string-class, since it will not work with older compilers.
