Details:
On app launch ProjectCenter should check modification times of files. The PC
should ask user whether he would like to build the project again when there
were some files modified. Default option should be 'Yes'.
Btw. it would be nice if there was a shortcut for 'Launch' - Cmd+r (Run!)?
