Follow-up Comment #2, bug #13031 (project gnustep):
I'll try to upload a test program. I used the unarchived objects to draw into
a text field, and did not get the results of the original objects. I'll admit
I'm still suffering culture shock in the GNUstep environment, so maybe there
is something I'm missing.
