Details:
autogsdoc and make_strings fail to link, addinf -lpthread to the LDFLAGS fixes
the problem.
This wasn't necessary in the past. I have recvonfigured and reinstalled
core-make and was building core-base.
Thus I guess something in the pthread detection/linking or the makefiles has
gone wrong.
