Details:
gnustep/core/Documentation/GNUmakefile still uses the old
$(GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT)/Makefiles directory instead of
$(GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT)/Library/Makefiles; prevents building of this
documentation
