Sure, I'd be willing to be the whipping boy for windows 9x/me. I have virtual machines where I do my windows 9x testing.

I believe that we aren't attempting to support win9x ... so I'm not sure what to do about this. If we can't support the platform, it seems like a bad idea
to add code specifically for it.

Would you be willing to take on a formal support role for GNUstep under win9x
