Follow-up Comment #2:
The inspector panel is now defined in GormInspectorPanel.gorm file. The
Empty, Not Applicable and Multiple inspectors all derive from
GormDummyInspector which uses GormDummyInspector.gorm and sets the
appropriate text into the button.
