Well, this particular problem comes from the ffcall package. I think because you specifically need shared libraries for ffcall. If InstallGNUstep installs ffcall itself it tries to do this. So you could either just uninstall ffcall, or recompile it yourself with --disable-static --enable-shared. Of course there are likely all kinds of other problems as GNUstep is not 64-bit clean. Perhaps look here for more info:

I also tried the -l option without understanding its meaning. I'll look into this by mid of next week.
