Follow-up Comment #1:
This has been addressed. The problem was that the resize attributes weren't
set correctly. The workaround is to set the GSX11HandlesWindowDecorations
attribute to "NO". This seems to resize the panel so that it's usable.
Downgrading from "blocker" to "important" since there is a work-around.
