Details:
Cosmetic bug.
While updating GNUStep on Win XP Mingw32 using Startup script I noticed that
the location of ffcall is wrong.

The sources directory in this package had no source packages
which should have ffcall-1.10.tar.gz present
Download this file from ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/dev-libs
Should be ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/libs
