Follow-up Comment #1:
You can't build nib2gmodel from this directory - it's only the top level part
of nib2gmodel so it needs other externals. You should try building from
gnustep/tools/nibg2model/tags/nib2gmodel-0_11_0 or just grab the tar.gz file
from ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/dev-apps
Also, FYI, nib2gmodel will only build on Mac OS X or NeXT.
