Follow-up Comment #1, bug #17377 (project gnustep):

Just to make sure I understand this correctly, would you say the the GNUstep
behaviour for the case GSX11HandlesWindowDecorations=YES is totally correct?
If not, which problem did I overlook for this case?
For the case GSX11HandlesWindowDecorations=NO we cannot expect the frame of
the content view to start at 0, but the border should, as always start at 0.

What is questionable are the values returned by frameRectForContentRect: and
contentRectForFrameRect: I will have to look into the documenation for this
methods to see if the returned values are incorrect.
Could you please explain, where the current GNUstep behaviour is causing you
problems? Perhaps these could be worked around on a different level.
