Attached is another patch that should fix the problems that were
supposed to be addressed by my previous patch. It fixes a bug in
-DPSrectstroke:::: and an oversight in -setStyle:.
I committed that ... (though I had to do it manually because the
patch came through inline in my mail client and got line endings
messed up).
