Follow-up Comment #2, bug #17941 (project gnustep):
I upgraded to Suse 10.1 and the bug is still here. I tested with both the
cairo and xlib backends, and the bug appears for both. I tried changing from
a popup to a dropdown in my own code, but both gave invisible lists.
