I have seen this a couple of times, too. However, I suspect this to be a
problem with GNUstep and not with GNUMail. This problem occurred on my
machine
only after I updated GNUstep to HEAD from CVS about 4 weeks ago. I do not
remember having seen this bug before. As there were basically no changes
(iirc) in GNUMail's CVS for about 3 months now, my first suspect is GNUstep.
Of course, I might be a bug in GNUMail that has gone undetected so far.....

PS: I just detected something totally different. I just switched my sender
address to the one for the mailing list and the mail editor did not swap
signatures, but merely added the signature for the second account below the
one for the first.
