Unfortunately, the instructions provided on the SVN page are wrong and cannot
be changed. GNUstep has a different organization based on sub-projects. You
need to browse the SVN repository to discover it's organization or you can
look at
http://mediawiki.gnustep.org/index.php/Using_Subversion
for information.
