Details:
There was an inconsistency between what GNUstep was doing with the
NSButtonTypes depricated by Cocoa. GNUstep was setting
NSMomentaryLightButton to NSMomentaryLight and NSMomentaryPushInButton to
NSMomentaryPushButton, but according to the Cocoa documentation
NSMomentaryLightButton is set to NSMomentaryPushButton and
NSMomentaryPushInButton to NSMomentaryLight!
