Terminal is not a part of GNUstep, it is an application which
uses GNUstep, bug reports for it should go to the backbone project
which Terminal is a part of.

Furthermore,
Terminal does not install into /usr/bin,
I'm assuming you are using debian packages which have been modified to
install into /usr/bin.
so this probably belongs in the debian bug reporter
