About the addObject:toBothSide...
There's a [object removeObject:oldObject fromPropertyWithKey:inverseKey];
(but may be you're talking about another place).
You're right about the reference but anyway, smetimes on have to add it as
propertiy: "The only exception to this rule is when the key has meaning to
the user (such as a credit card number) and therefore must be displayed in
the user interface."
So I'm inclined to think that the safest way is doing the update in 2 pass:
first nullify, next relay. It seems not too hard to store
relayAttributesInRelationship call arguments and do them after the
update/nullify pass.
I can try this if you agree.
