Follow-up Comment #1, bug #18199 (project gnustep):
Not sure if this is a valid request. In most cases the app icon gets
suppressed because there is another way to reactivate the application when it
looses focus. I don't see how we could know inside of GNUstep, if this is the
case or if we need to protect the user from shooting himself into the foot.
