Well, this really must be a gcc problem, not a GNUstep one. I wonder
if you could try to compile NSException by itself, and delete parts
of the file to see if you can isolate what is causing it.
Or you could just update gcc. I remember that the 4.0.x series did
have problems triggering compiler errors in GNUstep base.

others with the startup script failing to find an up-to-date make
program. I circumvented that problem by setting the GNUMAKE
variable to make's path. Was this a bad idea?
