Details:
When using EtoileWildMenus with GSSuppessAppIcon = YES, closing an
application main window don't quit the application - and then the only way to
quit the application is to kill it.
This patch adds a new option, GSCloseWithLastWindow which quit the
application when the last (main) window is closed.
