Follow-up Comment #1:
It is just not possible to implement this method properly for XGFontInfo. It
should be possible (at least for some fonts) to add this for GSXftFontInfo and
CarioFontInfo, as these are based on FreeType.
Currently this interface is only supported in the art backend.
