Follow-up Comment #1, bug #21970 (project gnustep):
Odd ... getnameinfo is a winsock function (you can find it declared in
/mingw/include/ws2tcpip.h and defined in libws2_32).
I have no problem with this on my copy of windows xp using mingw.
Perhaps something confused on your system?
