Details:
GSCUPSPrintInfo +defaultPrinter uses cupsGetDefault() which can't retrieve
the default printer if it is the user-defined default on a shared printer. The
CUPS documentation recommends cupsGetDests() and cupsGetDest() as being more
reliable. As an added benefit, this approach is faster at recognizing when
there is no printer available. The attached patch makes the change.
