Details:
When you add more libraries to be linked, the variable added to
GNUmakefile.preamble is ADDITIONAL_GUI_LIBS. This is only appropriate for
applications, not for TOOLS.
For tools the variable added should be ADDITIONAL_TOOL_LIBS.
