So ... on freebsd statvfs is not being found at configure time ... what we
seem to have is a system specific problem with the autoconf configure script.
Someone with a freebsd system simply needs to provide appropriate tweaks to
copnfigure.ac
On all other systems examined, this actually appears to be working.
