Follow-up Comment #2, bug #22422 (project gnustep):
Good point - IIRC I had simply noticed that _rFlags.has_tooltips
was set to 1 when setting up a tooltip, but never set back to 0.
I suppose that might be correct because of the ability to more
generally associate tooltips with rectangles in a view, so we
don't know if the tooltip we are removing is the last one
or not ?
Anyway I'll try a testcase later
