Follow-up Comment #9, bug #20453 (project gnustep):
Since the documentation recommends against the precise behavior of the test
case that was submitted and since removing the displayIfNeeded, etc calls from
the FTP.app program (which was having this issue) seems to have corrected the
issue I believe that this bug can be closed.
