Follow-up Comment #8, bug #21297 (project gnustep):
I'm not the port maintainer, so don't know, why the GNUstep.conf ended up in
/etc and not in /etc/GNUstep.
However, I think /etc/GNUstep/GNUstep.conf is fine too, at least easier to
find than below /usr/etc.
So, making it consistent with other unixes then, seems to be a good reason
too ;)
