This looks like a problem with ffcall/ffi or something else in forwarding
... the crash appears to be when sending a message to a proxy object to go to
another process.
Are you using ffcall or ffi? I use ffcall on my 64bit Intel Debian system,
and that works fine ... I don't think the ffi library provided with 64bit
debian works. When you configure gnustep-base, it should use ffcall by
default (since it works on more platforms), but if you don't have ffcall
installed it would have tried to use ffi instead.
