Follow-up Comment #1, bug #24675 (project gnustep):
since the most standard instllation is the gnustep hierarchy, libobjc should
go into /System, which translates into /usr/GNUstep/System or just /System
depending on the choice.
FHS compatibility should not affect standard layout.
