The error message -
Error: libkvm does not return arguments for the current process
Is quite clear that NSProcessInfo is not trying to use the /proc filesystem.
but is instead using the bsd specific libkvm mechanism.
The message 'cannot open /proc/67254/mem' presumably comes from within
libkvm, which suggests that this might be a libkvm bug.
