Follow-up Comment #1:
At least for two yeary no the name of this default has been
GSBackHandlesWindowDecoration. GSX11HandlesWindowDecorations has only been
supported for backwards compatibility.
I am not sure about the documentation. This may still need some correction.
The default for this setting is NO and I strongly advocate to keep this.
Drawing our own window decoration will make our windows stand out in almost
any environment.
