Details:
when doing a standard installation, standard GNustep hierarchy, I have base
(with 1.17 soname) installed into Local instead as into System. This both when
upgrading "over" an existing installation as with a clean /usr/GNUstep
directory.
gui is correctly installed into System libraries.
