Details:
It is not possible to select a column in a NSTableView, though selecting the
scrollview as well as selecting the tableview itself work. Strangely, resizing
a column _do_ work.
If the NSTableView is embedded in a splitview, not only it is not possible to
select a column, but resizing it does not work.
