Details:
I configured make this way:
$ ./configure --prefix=/g/GNUstep
--with-config-file=/g/GNUstep/GNUstep/GNUstep
.conf
and :
$ ls /g/GNustep/GNUstep/*.conf
/g/GNustep/GNUstep/GNUstep.conf
/g/GNustep/GNUstep/installation-domains.conf
yet when configuring and installing base it ends up in local
