Summary: ProjectCenter allows spaces in project names, but

Details:

The category should be either ProjectCenter or Makefiles, depending on
GNUstep's goals.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the current set of Windows installers:

- gnustep-system-0.22.0
- gnustep-core-0.22.0
- gnustep-devel-1.0.0
- SystemPreferences-1.0.2.7
- gorm-1.2.8
- ProjectCenter-0.5.0

2. Launch ProjectCenter, create an application from the template and hit the
Build button. Give the project a name with a space in it, e.g. "Hello World".

3. In the upcoming build window, hit Build again.

4. Move the project into the reach of the shell coming with gnustep-system
(inside C:\GNUstep\).

5. Launch this shell.

6. Type "make" and hit Enter.

Expected result:

The application is built.

Actual result:

Unrelated errors are shown, see attached picture.

Investigation:

If you do the same steps, but give the project a name without a space (e.g.
"HelloWorld"), the build goes as expected.
