Details:
This is Ubuntu 9.04 x86_64.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Check out from SVN:
svn co http://svn.gna.org/svn/gnustep/modules/core/
2. Install make ...
3. Configure base:
cd base
./configure
4. Clean up (e.g. to start over):
make distclean
Expected result:
The sources are now identical to what was checked out.
Actual result:
A few files are left over:
