Details:
In the latest release (base 0.19.1, gui 0.17.0), Ink cannot save files on
Windows. I get a blank Alert panel and the warning: "In -[NSData
writeToFile:options:error:] Open (/H:/Source/test3.rtfa01496) failed - ...".
