A smaller issue with the new default for
NSMenuInterfaceStyle NSWindows95InterfaceStyle
The Menu that is drawn has the duplicate header from the old NS style menu
that it brings up. It would be nice to suppress the redundant title bar.
See Pic and the "File" header.
