Details:
gnustep-make's Documentation/GNUmakefile has a FIXME pending, noting that the
names of the .info files installed are too generic.
This patch fixes GNUmakefile and the one reference in gnustep-howto.texi to
faq.texi, so that all files that get installed to /usr/share/info now have
gnustep- prefix.
