May I answer "latest"? as far as I know it is updated when running setup.
I any case before getting gui to compile, maybe base needs to be perfect (for
example, otherwise programs like plmerge may run unreliable).
If I go into "Examples" of base, compile them and run nsdictionary.exe I get
absolutely no output.
